On the 9th of April 2013 VCO signed an MoU with Agricultural Technology Transfer Society (ATTS),in order to achieve productive cooperation between the two parties in the areas of rural development activities in Sudan, since ATTS is an NGO interested in the exploitation of modern agricultural technologies to uplift productivity of the agricultural sector of the Sudan in support of poverty reduction, improvement of household food security and empowerment of vulnerable social groups. The two parties share the vision of improving farming practices and empowering rural communities to be self-reliant and economically secure and where the two parties want to define a framework of understanding on this subject, the two parties developed and signed cooperation MoU. The two parties will implement Household Energy Use Survey as a first step to introduce Household Biogas Technology in North Kordofan State – Sudan.
